"Adventure Time" illustration for a Cartoon Network artbook
Overview
Illustration to me has always been the intersection of fine art and graphic design. So often the challenge is to convey something unique with a style that supports it, everything working together to create something exciting.
The first drawing I ever sold was a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle in 4th grade. It's also a fun way to make a buck.

Alamo Drafthouse · 2015
I was hired to create two illustrations for Alamo Drafthouse's magazine, Birth. Movies. Death., both issues, as luck would have it, are favorite movies of mine.
Illustration for an article titled "Movable Feasts"
"More Human than Human" illustration for the coveted "Alien" issue
Motion & Video
Frederator Studios · 2015
I was able to fulfill a childhood dream when Frederator Studio allowed me to create and direct a short for their cartoon incubator series. I wrote the script, designed the characters, created the storyboard, selected all of the voice actors and the very talented animator. It was, as you can guess, extremely fun.
